Born and raised in St. Louis, Ted C. spent many years on the West Coast working in the bar and restaurant industry. It was while in Portland, Oregon that he opened the well renowned Teardrop Cocktail Lounge, which has garnered many accolades and is one of the preeminent cocktail spots on the West Coast. In 2010, Ted C. moved back to St. Louis to be closer to family and friends. He draws upon his vast restaurant and bar experience as he leads the helm at Planter’s House.
